Using Diversity and Inclusion to Fuel Innovation in Financial Services
I co-developed the Diversity, Inclusion and Innovation Program at a multi-billion dollar investment firm. The program targeted three key audiences: Employees, Advisors and Investors. Our team worked with these audiences to co-create strategic programming that revolved around the three pillars Connect, Learn and Grow. The program resulted in increased communication across business units and an increased focus on women investors.
Research: Examining Design Management's Role in Alleviating Poverty
While at Pratt Institute acquiring my Masters, I conducted a year-long research project on Design Management in Economically Impoverished Communities, covering three case studies across the globe and traveling to Pakistan to work with women craft entrepreneurs.
